We would like to begin by extending our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We have identified an issue with the distribution of rewards for the D&A Instruction/TITANIUM Usage events, whereby the rewards were given out without any corresponding consumption of D&A Instruction items or TITANIUM.

An issue related to the Jet Upgrade pop-up has caused D&A Instruction items/TITANIUM to be obtained in an unusual manner. As a result, we will retrieve these items during the upcoming maintenance on 4/20 UTC (4/19 PDT) to assess the impact on the game's balance and fairness for all Admirals. 

■ The Retrieval of illicitly Obtained Event Rewards

- Details: An issue where event rewards were acquired inappropriately without the use of D&A Instruction items/TITANIUM

- Measures

1. The retrieval of event rewards that were obtained illicitly will be carried out during the maintenance.

2. If we are unable to retrieve the improperly obtained rewards during the maintenance, we may need to temporarily suspend the game account. (*The suspension will be lifted as soon as the situation is rectified.)

3. If the illicitly obtained rewards cannot be retrieved, a directly comparable number of in-game items or Gold will be retrieved. 

4. In some cases, a rollback may be required to facilitate reconciliation. 

 ※ In this case, we will adjust the character/account in question to a date/time just prior to when the exploitation had occurred.
