[NOTICE] Equipment Upgrade System Improvements!

Greetings, Admirals!
We are excited to announce, and due to popular demand, the [Equipment Destruction] & the [Equipment Reset] features that occur in the event of an Equipment Upgrade Failure will be removed after the Maintenance on 8/11 UTC (8/10 PDT).
The [Equipment Reset Prevention Ticket] & the [Equipment Destruction Prevention Ticket] items can be converted into [Reinforcing Agents] at a particular exchange rate via the upcoming maintenance.
That said, we will remove or exchange the reward items related to Equipment Failure as the [Equipment Destruction] & the [Equipment Reset] are removed.
In addition, the Equipment Upgrade Chance and the required amount of Reinforcing Agents / TITANIUM needed for the Equipment Upgrade will be adjusted.
