Hello, this is CRYPTO CONFLICT.


First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all Commanders who have shown love and support for CRYPTO CONFLICT.


Unfortunately, we must inform you that CRYPTO CONFLICT, which has continued to operate thanks to your interest and encouragement, will be ending its service as outlined below.

Please refer to the following schedule for detailed information.


[Service Termination Schedule]

- Game download and in-app purchase service termination: After maintenance on May 14, 2025 (Wed)

- Game service termination: June 25, 2025 (Wed) 01:00 (UTC)

- Community operation termination: June 25, 2025 (Wed) 01:00 (UTC)


[WEMIX Onboarding Service Termination Notice]

- Service termination date: May 21, 2025 (Wed) 01:00 (UTC)

- Token support changes: After service termination, the MILICO token will no longer be supported within Gunship Battle: Crypto Conflict. However, token, Swap, and Pool services within WEMIX PLAY will remain available.


[In-App Purchase Service Termination Notice]

- From May 14, 2025 (Wed) onwards, you will no longer be able to check or purchase in-app products.

- Previously purchased period-based items will be available for use until the service ends.


■ Refund Conditions and Procedures

[Refund Application Period and Eligibility]

- Refund Eligibility: Unused paid GEM currency held until the service termination on June 25, 2025 (Wed)

- Application Period: After maintenance on May 14, 2025 (Wed) ~ June 25, 2025 (Wed) 01:00 (UTC)

- Refunds for service termination will not be possible for requests submitted after the application period.


[Refund Application Method]

- Please submit a 1:1 inquiry through the customer support center using the form below.

- We will check the quantity of unused paid GEM currency held and the expected refund amount, and provide further guidance.

- If there are unused paid GEMs and an expected refund amount, we will send the required documents for the refund process.

- If the submitted form is incomplete or contains incorrect information, it may not be possible to process the refund.

- If the assets are used after the refund application, it may affect the refund process or change the refund amount.

[Refund Inquiry Submission Method]

[How to Check Payment Receipts by Store]

1. Google Play Store

- Go to Google Payment Center -> Sign in with Google ID -> Subscriptions & Services

 -> View Purchase History -> Select the transaction -> Check the 17-digit transaction ID starting with GPA -> Take a screenshot


2. Apple App Store

- Access the purchase history page -> Sign in with Apple ID -> Select the receipt tab 

-> Choose the transaction -> Check the order ID -> Take a screenshot


3. Xsolla

- Xsolla receipts are sent to the email address provided during purchase.

- If deleted, request a receipt via Xsolla Customer Center.

※ The screenshot should include a 9-10 digit transaction number, game name, and total amount.


[Refund Request During Application Period]

- Refund cancellation requests can be submitted through customer support even during the application period.

- For non-eligible products, attach the payment receipt when submitting the refund request.

※ Refund or cancellation applications can be submitted until June 25, 2025 (Wed) 01:00 (UTC).

※ For standard refund cancellations, the existing refund policy applies.


※ Any matters not covered in the above notice will be governed by the terms and conditions of service.
